Leonardo da Vinci research program

1) Ability not Disability in Employment

Acronym : AnDE

Project summary : The aim of the project is to prepare employers theoretically and practically to employ people with disabilities. A dedicated training will be developed in order to raise the awareness of employers and MBA students of the opportunities . hiring people with disabilities.

2) Best Practice in Multicultural European Institutions

Project summary : The project aims at informing and assembling data about the general conditions, issues and perspectives from social educators and nurses in the work with users from different cultures. It will create and share knowledge on an international level in that field. It will introduce in form of a “best practice” training and manual to adequate strategies in the work with users from different cultures.

3) Electronic Authentication of e-Learning

Project summary : The project aims to identify dynamic ICT solutions that will assist in the assessment and authentication of e-learning. It will explore the use of emerging technologies; biometrics, public key infrastructure, network forensics and smart cards, to determine a common framework of standards.

Grundtvig 2 research program

1) Adult Education - Key to Regional Development

Project summary : The project aims to conduct an in-depth study of adult education among different regions of Europe, including an exchange of learning methods and organisational culture. The project goals include a detailed database and presentation of all adult educational institutions in the regions involved.

2) Gender training methods – learning partnership

Project summary : The project aim is to create an European forum of exchange on training methods contributing to the integration of gender aspects in training. The result will be laid down in a compendium on gender training methods.
